Supporting birthing people & their families through pregnancy, labour, and postpartum.

We offer support to pregnant people and their families during late pregnancy, labour and postpartum. Our role is to provide you with the tools, support and care to help ensure your birth experience is a safe, positive, unforgettable, and empowering achievement.

I have had the privilege of attending over 200 births!

"I know I speak for Adam too when I say thank you so much for being our partner in this delivery and bringing the final piece of our family (third baby!) into the world. The support you provided before helped ease so many worries and helped me to feel like I could have the birth I envisioned.
As for our birth, to say that you built my confidence and made the experience possible would be an understatement. Adam and I would have been a mess. You truly have a gift and are doing exactly what you are meant to do in this life. While one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had - you made it beautiful."

What is a doula?

A doula is a trained and experienced professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the birthing person before, during and after birth. A doula provides knowledge, skills and tools for not only the mother, but for her support partner as well, if present. Studies have shown that with a doula present, labours are shorter, have less complications and interventions, and ultimately the mother & family have a more positive experience, which results in a more positive postpartum experience as well.

"I have seen and worked with many doulas, but you are someone I would personally recommend to my patients. My entire team loves what you just did for your client."
